Riding a bicycle is healthy and gives you a good opportunity to enjoy the landscape.
Bicycles can be rented for about 200 Baht per day. You can also buy them in Krabi Town (e.g. in Talat Kao near the bus station) for 4000 to 5000 Baht.
It is best to plan your trip in the morning. After 11 h the UV radiation becomes quite strong.
Some Thai people have the nasty habit to dump their garbage at the road side. After eating or drinking in the car or on the motorbike they like to drop
their garbage and bottles on the road. You will have to take care to avoid glass on the road, especially on the busier roads and in Ao Nang.
Parts of some bicycle tours are well suited for walking. Have a taxi to drive to a good starting point for your hike.

8. Tour 8. Scenic tour to the sea west of Khao Klom, 32,4 km. Same route back. The 3,3 km before reaching the sea is a dirt road with steep climbs.
9. Tour 9. Very long tour around the mountains of Khao Thong and Din Daeng, 42,6 km. Heavy with long stretches of dirt roads.
